Merge of Webmaster and Computing

There's no reason to keep the two separate, they both don't have an abundance of activity (which I hope to change), but they are so similar that one must ask why they are still under their own tabs. Some topics fit under both webmastery and computing, and I think the Webmastery tab could just be moved into the Computing one.

Would like to hear some other opinions, I realise most people honestly don't care, but it would be beneficial to those who it does affect.

Erm, they are different. Webmaster is about programming websites. computing is programming desktop programs.

They both involve programming, and in fact a lot of the programming is similar in structure. Both sections are fairly inactive by themselves, but by merging them, it could spark activity.
