I noticed everywhere is this explosion that Xbox is now going to allow multi-platform online gaming. Apparently you can play against PS4 and even possibly PC Players.
My question is how will the online system work gamer-tag wise? If you play say Call of Duty will it have an Xbox Logo next to the Xbox player and PSN logo next to the Playstation player? What if PSN Monkey is playing with Xbox Monkey how do you know who is the real monkey? do you search for them via Xbox tab and PS tab?
Will they make a completely new system for people who want to play multi-platform which means we can snag all the og's on there? So if you wanna be a multi-platform player we can claim them.
The system will stay the same fam. For example take the game "smite" Xbox players have the Xbox symbol next to their name....PC players have nothing. This game has been multi platform since the alpha
The names will stay the same, the only thing that will be added is lables stating what your on.

I'm genuinely quite excited, even though I am planning getting a PS4 as well i think it'll be cool for when I wanna play Xbox and people who only have the game on PS can play
