Microsoft have always said... and even said to me on support chats. "Banned tags cant be unbanned due to the system being set that if a account gets banned.. The gamertag is forever banned, even if swapped with a modded console".

They say there is no recourse. Yet they unbanned the tags F*m*ly and C*st*m (Spaced) and then reset them... Giving them a second chance.

By doing that. It leads to my conclusion that they can unban tags and have been lying.


Id like others opinions too though... xx

Wish they were generous and reset my tracty too xx

This is outrageous, we need to revolt against the corrupt company and boycott them, who do they think they are. They tried banning my original gamertags "Fence" and "Door". We need to march right into Bill Gates office and give him a piece of our mind. We won't take this anymore.

We use a similar basis at the company I work for.
We say we can't recover stuff that's deleted.. it's not deleted, but moved - so it's possible.
Guessing they're doing the same thing.

I'll go contact support rn and see whats happening.

If they have been lying to us, its possible that someone can sue them for returns if an account was banned with a load of shit on it.

The people who always tell you they can't do certain things in support of businesses are lying. They can literally do what ever they want. They are just probably not allowed to do it even thought they could even get away with it but they just some bitches all I gotta say.
