Well, being verified means Philly has your information. It makes it FAR less likely that you will scam, considering your information is out there. You have to verify it with a photo ID, and Philly keeps in it a safe. He does not store anything online (to my knowledge).

I only charge when someone comes to me and I'm busy. I'm free any other time.

If you charge for mming you'll barely get to mm for anyone unless you're a mod, I'd rather get a free mm than paid.

When I am an omm can I charge a mming fee?
•All omm's are required to charge 5 dollars or 10% of the trades value on each and ever omm. If caught breaking this rule you will be removed. You also may not offer a cheaper or higher fee than any other omm.
