 ¼ - ½ cup vegetable oil
1/3 Frank’s Original Red Hot Pepper Sauce
2/3 cup water
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 ½ teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons cayenne pepper (I’ve brought this down to 2 teaspoons and it’s still plenty hot!)
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lb chicken breast fillets
plain hamburger buns
mayonnaise
lettuce leaves/tomato slices

Makes approximately 4 sandwiches.

Combine the pepper sauce and water in a small bowl.

Combine the flour, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion powder, paprika and garlic powder in another shallow bowl.

Pound each of the chicken pieces with a mallet until about 3/8-inch thick. Typically these end up large enough for two sandwiches, so I’ll fry it whole and then cut it in half when it’s done.

Looks good OP. Though i prefer crystal or louisiana to franks all day
