A lot of these have been talked about or don't need to be added currently.
- Apollo said in another thread that rules don't need to be implemented because they should be based off common sense and things that have already been said. If things start to get out of hand, they will be added though.
- We had a shoutbox for a day or two, but it was removed because activity on the forum was decreased and everyone was on the shoutbox, creating inactivity, so it was removed. It might be added back in the future when we have more members.
- We already have a page for donations, and we don't need an upgrade system because when you donate $20 or more, you get upgraded by staff.
- You give us a link for custom pages, but don't give us ideas for them. Tell us what we would need besides what you listed.
- We don't have usergroups yet, besides regular members, staff, and donators. I don't think we need custom images for each since there are only 3 members on RR right now that aren't regular members, and you can obviously tell by their name being a different color.
- Already discussed. We don't need tabs yet because the forum isn't big enough, and it would waste space. Each tab would have like 3 small sections. The current layout is fine.
- We already have a usergroup legend.
- We don't need another theme. This theme was made and everyone seems to like it. We also don't want a preset theme. We want something that is some what original.
- Personally, I never use .Gif emoticons, and I find them to be pointless since they would just take up space and be rarely used. What is wrong with normal emoticons?

Well by then we had said no to the shoutbox after an attempt of using it. Also why did you put "OK Theme" when this theme is awesome already?

Just saying. Don't think many (if any) of these will be used, but thanks for looking.
