In a recent thread someone said something about a mike incident and i was wondering what went down... so if someone could fill me in, that would be great

I moved this to the correct forum, please remember to post in the correct forum next time. To answer your question, he didn't do anything to help the site. He didnt enforce rules, he didn't clean up threads, delete posts, etc. Lastly, he deleted all of Jon's Positive Rep (60+) and put him around -10.

Nothing really happened. He just got a staff position on another forum, and I feel since this being the case I don't think he will be as active as I had hoped. He also didn't post even close to what I am looking for. I just don't think he was fit for the job unfortunately. He also rep fucked a couple people that I really wouldn't have liked him to do, as well as banning a couple members. There where also about 25 complaints on him within the first 48 hours. And I really dislike private messages to begin with. Especially this amount on basically the same things. You also need to start posting stuff in the right sections please. I have noticed you keep posting alot of things unrelated to sales let alone Xbox in this section.
