I have a simple suggestion. Add in a couple new donor ranks.
Tiny Donor
For donating $1-$9. Just a simple title, to show that you at least want to support the community a little bit.
Minor Donor
For donating $10-19. A donor rank that gets a few features of the regular $20 donor.
I mainly suggest this because people like me wish to donate, but we don't have $20 just to throw out all at once. This would be a nice way to award people as they passively donate to RuneRev.
