Another suggestion I just thought of.
Every week, on a day that the staff can choose, one member of the staff team would be designated the job of going through the Request Missing Awards Thread to grant all missing awards and inform users, that have asked for an award that they are not eligible to receive or awards that are user owned.
I think this would be a great addition to what the staff could do and it would save complaining about when awards will be granted.
