Missing Xbox One tenure Help!

Recently my Xbox LIVE account tenure has hit 11 Years, an a couple of days ago. It has mysteriously dissapeared, an I'm thinking to myself WTF Xbox!

Has this happened to you before?
Will it show up again anytime soon?
 
If you mean when you view your own profile it doesn't show up then yes, this happens to me frequently
 
Yeah xbox one glitches alot, mines don't show up on my side account.
Go look on the 360 if you have one.
 
Did you out a 1 month code. It's wierd but when @career put a 1 month code his tenure dissapeared at one point but it came bak.
 
If your GOLD ran out and you added a one month it won't show. If that's not the case, re download your account on the 360 (if you have one) then do the same on the X1. Make sure to delete the account from the Xbox first.
 
This happened to me 2 times on the Xbox One and once on the 360. There is nothing that you can do except wait about a week. It happened when my tenure just changed too.

It happened because you didn't deserve the tenure for not being on the top of the leaderboards.
 
it happened to the account I've had for 4 years but on my main it doesnt
