I need some money to start improving alot my game and I haven't got really that far.

No, you wont be accepted, you need a website.
However, there are ways that you can gain views of ads through forums, but if you are caught by Google, your account will be terminated.

er in my opinion the internet is fine to make some extra cash for doing....welll <snip>....lol try neobux, cpalead or something, ofc it does take some work, but if you get good and prepare the money starts rollin in

You have an adsense account how you create it??
Usually it needs blog or website to reg.
