Moneypak? Help please

I may be doing an exchange through Moneypak, but i wont do so until i fully understand the process and what information/details i will need to provide.

How does it work?

Is it safe? Easy to get scammed?

If i am receiving do i need to provide a credit card or anything of the sort?

It's just a code you redeem on paypal and you get the set amount of money put on that card onto your paypal account. You don't need to provide credit card or any sort.
