More Categories/Forums? [REJECTED]

I know I have been here for very little time but I noticed the forums should have more categories and crap. My basic suggestions include:
Adding Clans forum
Adding PvP forum
Adding Mini-Games Forum (With sub-forums of all the famous ones.)
Adding PvE Forum
And adding a Guides Forum.
I will add to this list if interested.

Oh and removing the White-Hat section (So it can be replaced with these.). Please consider my suggestions.

There's no need to as of now. The forum isn't popular enough. We don't need more sections, that are just unfilled.

This isn't a Runescape forum in which you do all of these activities, it's a hacking forum, with a few sections of general Runescape discussion, adding stuff like that moves away from the 'Hacking' aspect.

This is a runescape based forum, God, but I think will should add some of these ideas eventually, even if they are just sub sections or combined. Also, we should keep the white hat section, because people might sometimes need help with stuff on runescape, and won't be able to talk about it on hackforums.

I'll add a Runescape General right now as well as re-arrage the current layout.
As for more categories; we just don't need them right now as they would most likely go unfilled, and add to the perception that these forums are empty.
