More detailed warnings.

Lets say if you get a warning for inaccurate reporting, then it says nothing more, I would like to see which post I reported wrong so I can remember my mistake and not do it again.
Because if you reported more than one post, you have no idea what you did wrong.

Well, you should know which posts you reported inaccurately, Staff don't just warn for nothing.

I thought I did, and that guy did break a rule.
Edit: But I got 0 % now, and I never really cared, just wanted to know what I did wrong.

If you want to know what post your reported incorrectly pm the staff member that warned you. Or just think twice before you report a post for something.
