Who do you think most influenced the music industry?
What artists impacted you the most?

I honestly would have to say Lil Wayne influenced the music industry the most.
I would have to say Drake influenced me the most; I have been following Drake's music since his first mixtape. I can relate to a lot of his songs (mainly the songs with girl issues) and his music has helped me get through some hard times.

Any Hip Hop "Artist" (if you can call them that) or Rapper. They've all seemed to influence American youth, teenagers going around like zombies following everything those musicians say and do. For me? No one. I only like the sound of music, doesn't go any further to some emotional connection.

You have to be kidding me. One of the most influential artists of all time would have to be Elvis Presley. Most of his songs were covers that originated from African American citizens. At this time African Americans were considered to be 2nd class citizens and they music was even more so. Elvis crossed the line and made the music in which he is most famous for famous. This musical rebellion he's done has stemmed off NUMEROUS genre of music, that even today still exists.

I ment in most recent times and even though lil Wayne is not so good I personally believe that he contributed a lot to the music scene. A lot more than most artists in the 21st century whether it was for the better or worse.

I would say my favorite band blink 182 was the most influential on my like all there songs relate to life sucking as a teenager fall in love breaking up party's and all that but then the leader singer tom delonge later made another band angels and airwaves and their music is more being.happy and being.in love but I love blink 182's lyrics my favorite song are "Adams song" about suicide, "rollercoaster " ups and downs of a relationship, and my favorite "I wanna fuck a dog" self explained Lolol

It all depends on what kind of influence you are talking about.

Lupe Fiasco, I've been listening to this man for awhile now. His lyrics are very controversial and just require you to think in different ways you'd never think to..well think. He calls Obama a terrorist in one song, to calling america communist, you know the usual. Either way, he's a very good artist and has influenced my life in many positive ways. When in doubt, I always pull out some Lupe to cheer me up, or to just relax myself.

Honestly if we were talking all time, I would have to say Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd.

Most people would probably say some mainstream rapper or pop artist.

For me it would be Kurt Cobain. Long live the King of Grunge
