I love Taylor Swift but she's not even close to Adele's popularity. Adele is projected to sell 2m first week in the US with her new album. Her previous album is the only album to go diamond (10mill) in the US since Usher's confessions in 2004.
As much as I like Taylor and hate Adele's music I don't think Taylor will ever get a diamond album.
