Most Wanted things?

So I've been working on a forum project for around a month now.

I Thought I'd get your opinions on what a Forum Needs the most.

What I currently Have:
NewPoints w/ Betting and lots of stuff in the shop.
Color changer for theme (Changes the color of the tabs too)
Awards
Custom Theme.

Please suggest Plugins/Board Ideas that I can incorporate into the forum.

I'd say stuff like a suggestion area for your upcoming date of owning a forum, if that's what you intend to do.

In the beginning just worry about the basics. You can have all the features you want, but they won't mean shit if there's no one to usethem, ya' know. I'd suggest looking more into ways of fixing common problems you may encounter on bigger forums, advertising appropriately, and building a positive member base around your site. Worry more about the plugins later.

I've had quite decent forums before. Ranging from 2k posts to 30k posts.

This one could be quite difficult though
