I'm in a bad place right now. I'm trying to get a recovery for CoD BO2. I don't have a credit card or bank account (I'm 17), so I don't have a PayPal account. I bought a MoneyPak ($27 on the card) and gave the guy the code. It requested his SSN so he told me to just send him the money. I can't use PayPal without having a linked bank account or credit card.
