MSI or ASUS

I am buying a new computer and I wanna make sure I choose the right motherboard. I am confused between MSI K8T NEO2FIR and Asus A8V Deluxe. I am sure both are good but just wanna know which one is stronger.
Getting an AMD Athlon 3200+ with a 256MB ATI 9800 pro.
I hope i get a reply fast and i hope I get replies from experienced ppl with these motherboards
