MSN auto blocks my contacts??

Msn recently has been auto blocking new contacts like 10 seconds after I accept them. Its very annoying, when I right click on a contact to unblock it; It shows that its not blocked so I end up blocking them then unblocking them again. Does this happen to anyone else?
