MSN blocked?

Hey my msn got blocked for "spamming", is there anyway to get it back?
My email linked to that email is fake, so any other thing to do?

This is exactly what happened to me, and my email is linked to everything, and the email thats a back up also got blocked lol..and the back up to that email is so out of date that hotmail delete that account.. so they really fucked me on that one.

and I looked it up on google, and if you cant get it back through your alternative email then you can't get it back at all.
