Ok so i was wondering about Liberty Reserve and Webmoney. I have a pre-paid credit card that has money loaded onto it. However i cant get a paypal because of some issues so i wanted to use one of these. How do they work? Do they charge you for anything? Is it secure? I need someone to explain how this works.
