Multiple hard-drives and copy/moving

So pretty much, I have my main hard-drive with my operating system/games/programs on, and then I have my 2nd hard-drive that has my child po... I mean encrypted data on it.

When I move a file over from one hard-drive to the other, it only has the option to "Copy" the file instead of "Move" it. Unlike if you're copying from the same hard-drive to itself, drag + drop would "move" but drag + ctrl + drop would "copy" it.

How do I get windows to have the same options (move if not holding ctrl, copy if holding ctrl) even when coping/moving between 2 hard-drives?

What's your specification on your hard drive?

I don't see what specifications on a hard-drive has anything to do with software options.

If I run with ubuntu, it just continues with the copy/move options, but fucking windows has to have a exception for everything.
