I love how that's everyone's response now "You know who Dictate is" or "I'm having Dictate dox and hack you" LOL.

Dictate is an idiot VV3 member who can just dox and look up tutorials, I was in a skype call with him once and he wasn't even on a VPN and I'm talking shit to him and he can't do anything lmfao.
 
Dont listen to that person guy. If blast is serious about having dictate run you then i would be a tad bit more worried than you currently are man

I've never been in a Skype call with you in my life afaik, though if you'd like to try my (very public) Skype is "Dictate"
