Mw2 Ghost Debate

Did Ghost die in Mw2? or did he survive? Answer with reasons why.


I think he lived, because the person who did his voice is still working with IW, and there's lots of reason to believe he's alive. But he might be dead.

I think he will make a comeback in MW4 if there is one..

Yeah, but everyone is debating if he died, because he was wearing a jacket that prevents fire, and he said so earlier in the mission. Also he was shot in the stomach or head. I thought it was stomach though. And the guy who did voice for Ghost and Ghost only is still working for IW.
IMO, Mw2 and Cod4 had the best characters die. Possibly Ghost (my all time favorite) and Gaz.

I mean he was shot and even if he was wearing a jacket, they poured gasoline on him, so he can't just get out and crawl away. Also his mask wasn't fire proof so his face just got fucked up. I don't think he lived, Roach has a better chance to comeback since he was more of a main character than Ghost.

Didn't the guy who did the voice for Gaz also do Ghost?

there was a lot of debate on gaz too... from different angles of the camera (pc mod), gaz is actually shot in the shoulder, not the head. the players point of view makes it look like he was shot in the head.

but what if gaz was ghost? o.o could he come back in the next series?

They already said they ended that story arc, I doubt they would do any more with the Modern Warfare story unless it would be some of prequel/origins story, which I cant see them doing in game media, maybe in a graphic novel, comic book, or something of that sort.

This is true. But then again, they said Mw3 was the last call of duty game, and now there's black ops 2. I know they are made by different companies, but I feel that cod is making to much money to quit. And if they do, there will just be another fps shooter franchise that takes call of duty's spot.
