my account is messed up :(

My account which is "A’’’’ ’’’’ " (without "") is really messed up i can sign in but i can't do anything, when i click and part of the forum that has to refresh my web browser it signs me out and i have to re sign in every single time.. this is letting me not being able to do anything to fix it.. I have tried using different browsers such as Safari,firefox,internet explorer and nothing will work..

Please can anyone help, i have sent a message with the contact us thing and a message to philly yesterday and i am not getting a response.

I just read your post.. i know i didn't get my account stolen though its just messed up and i recently upgraded to onyx on that account so im pretty pissed

It's because of your username it happened to a lot of users before just contact Philly or Christy I am sure they could help!
