So yea I just got hit hard... I am curious if there is a way to retrieve it back, whatever he changed it to swap is still the same. The og email has always been mine and my Facebook has been linked. So.. Yeah if you know something please hmu... Thanks.

I think that if the facebook is linked you can get it back, i am not sure if its by using IG support or by another way.

If you have it linked to your facebook you should be able to get on it via facebook and change the password like that. Or just reset it via email if you have the OG email linked to it.

i got ggd for scamming an og owner. I log onto his acc and swapped the user and the way u can get it back is submit a hacked acc form and give them the og email and everything they ask for. it will get them banned and ur user back
