My desktop has been fucked

for a long time and i have no idea what it is.
Everyone's giving me different answers about what it is, and i don't know who to trust.
This is what happened.

I was playing AlterIW on my desktop, and decided "Hmm, lemme dust it, haven't done that in a while" So i dusted my computer, and re-sat my ram because i was having a slight problem and my friend said that might fix it. After hooking my desktop up, i turned it on but no display was shown. I have taken out the gfx card, and put back in and nothing good came out of it. I did the same with the ram and that also didn't help me. I'm seriously pissed off because this has been since the beginning of september.

One guy said it was my gfx card, another said it was my ram, and another said it was my motherboard. I honestly need any help I can get. I would like to have this done by christmas.

What sort of high pitched noise?
It could've just been a cable resting across one of the fans.

Sorry to tell you Justin, friend. But I had the same problem as you and it turned out I fucked my mobo. Then again, you didn't buy new hardware like I did.

The slight problem i'm having isn't the problem. No display is shown and all of my fans are running while my computer is on.

@nehkzypoo you bought all new parts or just the one that was fucked up?

Yup, exactly what mine did and no, I bought these then when I installed them my mobo fucked up. Obviously I've only just figured this out.

It won't be the RAM.
It's either your GFX card or your mobo.

If you don't have another PC in the house, buy a cheap GFX online and test it.

Download CPUID hardware monitor. Play your game for 5 minutes. It should show max temperature at right side.

Sorry, I didn't have good sleep from last night.

Try some of these steps

Remove your RAM stick. Just leave one RAM stick in
Check if your CPU is properly seated.
Check all hardware is properly seated.

If it doesn't work.

Remove your CMOS battery for 10 minutes and put it back in.

When you dusted your computer. what did you use to dust it out. Vacuum cleaner causes alot of static can damage your hardware.

I'll try your suggestions. I didn't use a vacuum cleaner, (i'm not THAT dumb lol)I used one of those soft dusters on a stick. I also tried avoiding everything that could be damaged. Thanks for the suggestions.
