Other than that, tell me what you think, if it looks legit, or non legit, if there is anything I should change and such.

Seems like a real website to me. Nothing makes me think it's not on the web or is a site.

He forgot to mention it's "Our" site, Me and his.... I'm also going to try some different forum themes on it, Thanks to Edwin . But - Someone changed the password for the webhost...And DC is AFK.
