My Hotmail.com is locked

Hi,

My Hotmail.com is locked and I can't do anything, What shall I do? When I click Continue it brings me to this page to click accounts.live.com, Then when I click it, it goes back to Blocked screen.

Please help

maybe there is a UA case on the account.

The only explanation is there is a UA case on it. So once the UA is over you will either have it unlocked and have account, it will be unlocked and the other person will have the account, or because of the other person it will be locked forever.

It does that to me ALL the time when i am on Chrome, so i do EVERYTHING with XBox, Hotmail, live, outlook, etc on FireFox always works for me.
