My Internet is fucked up.

Its not my router, modem, computer etc. i think its my internet provider. Im not really sure what im suppose to do. I know im suppose to contact them but whenever i call they dont help me with shit. Im using Comcast internet services. I have Netgear N750 router witch is suppose to be really good. and im getting shit Mbs Per second etc. And i really dont know what to do. Any tips or suggestions?
