Would say around $25-$30 for the account
And 70m at .5 is $35

So $60-$65 for the full account

Yeah $60-$75. The lack of quest points KILLS the account in my opinion.

DO you mind getting more QP? If I were you I would get more QP as it would increase the value of the account.
