Yeah. I've messed my arm up bad before, too. Torn a muscle several times, lol. Then I started working out more because I was tired of it. I can throw pretty far now with relative ease but this year I haven't attempted a full court shot, basketball this year is full of attention whores trying to make full court shots and I don't want to look like one of them. Maybe I'll go for it when there's nobody in the gym. After all, glory doesn't need a witness.

Yeah that sucks, go for it, who cares, be the one. I had the same thing except I shattered my right forearm/arm in 3 places in boxing, haven't done nothing since. Pretty shameful how injuries effect people.
