Dreamweaver is an extremely bloated IDE that no one should use...

People need to learn to code, not drag-and-drop in a WYSIWYG editor.

Yes but a lot of people are overwhellemed by the amount of code a website has so dreamweaver helps them through it.

I personally hate the DW design view because whenever you make changes to the code, it never seems to do what you want it to do in the design view, but when you lool at the file its perfectly fine.

Dreamweaver is just a program used to aid coding.
So you can code HTML in Dreamweaver
