My twitter got hacked! Help please!

My twitter got hacked and it was og and shit I need to get it back. I can't login or do forgot password since they changed the email and pass, luckily I have access to the account on the twitter app on iPod but I can't seem to find how to change password anywhere on the app or how to change email. Please help me ASAP

Edit: now I can't access it on twitter app so I no longer have access

If you used PP, charge it back. But it's not good to jump to conclusions, without proof.

Well maybe someone hacked your Twitter because they didn't like you. Don't jump to conclusions and charge back on the seller without proof.

I would say chargeback on PayPal , just open up a dispute and say you received an item not as described. That's how I won my chargeback. Also open up a scam report, but you will need valid proof.
