Came here in hopes of finding a good exchanger woth GOOD rates. Everybody is asking for complete bullshit prices when doing high amount exchanges. I am looking for any amount really, not too high tho.

Will be going first (obvious as fuck) to most users, HMU!

I can exchange with you for Western Union (can't do PayPal because of the risk of charge backs) although you may consider my rate to be too high.

But anyway it's up to you.

What's your rate, the absolute MAX is 20%, although I probably won't accept for over 10-15%.
