[size=medium]Two quick questions.

[size=medium]I just realized I can read my own rep reports and it made me happy to see the positive things people have said about me. There are plenty of easy-going HQ users on this forum that give back in all kinds of ways. I would love to be able to give back a little by rewarding those who deserve it.
How do I do so, and do I have to be upgraded or anything?

Also, I would like to know how I can physically vouch for those who have been legitimate in deals. I know I can vouch in a thread, but the actual vouch count that is on the profile is what I'm asking about. Again, do I have to upgrade to do that?

I think I may have found my answer. Somebody posted a thread just like this yesterday. As I understand it I have to be upgraded to both leave feedback and vouch. Darn

You must upgrade in order to rep and give vouches to other people ^_^

Like Genius said, you have to be upgraded to do both. This is a security measure to avoid Spammers who register for such reasons.
