1. How quick is it? How many per second average (after an hour).
2. Why is the IG checker considered "glitchy"? What problems does it have?
3. The entire thing is $1. People are willing to pay more than that just for an IG checker. Why did you decide to charge only $1?
4. Do you actually expect anyone to follow your "Terms of Service"? Sounds more like an honour system. Remember what kind of forum this is.
5. "Support at all times" Support for the program? From who? I know you don't stay up 24/7.
6. Neither screenshot indicated a place to list proxies. What is on the Settings tab?

How many threads? (Remember the numbers aren't accurate in the beginning. It needs time to converge.) And which service was that on? Making so many requests to a service might get your IP rate limited or banned temporarily. How does this program deal with that? You said you could add support for reading a proxy list.

Please answer the question about the bug(s) with IG. I'm also interested in what the Twitter bug is.

The IG bug is probably due to IP rate limiting, and I may handle that by using external sources to check availability, and I don't know what's causing the Twitter bug. I'm gonna have both of these bugs fixed hopefully this week (or by Christmas). It is currently single-threaded, but I have it setup so I can add multi-threading by adding maybe 1-10 lines of code.

I'm asking about the symptoms of the bug(s). 

1-10 lines seems very little for Java. Whenever someone mentions bad things about Java they always include the amount of boilerplate needed.
