Yes. You can change your name when upgraded.
Without upgrading I think you can change your name with Koinz also.

You don't have to upgrade to Power to change your name you can upgrade to Onyx then change your name, Onyx is only $18 total while Power is almost $50.

Nobody is asking you to upgrade, it's your choice.
If you feel the price isn't correct then save your money.

Are you upset? Nobody is asking you to upgrade, it's entirely up to you.
Uprading should be more exclusive, and for higher tier members, so the price is higher.

Also, you have to buy Onyx and the Donator award before you buy Power, and buying Onyx will allow you to change your username and user title for free.

You can change your name by upgrading to Onyx, but you could also change your name by using Koins.
