Name Glow

Hi there, does anybody know how to get Name Glow? I've seen a ton of people with it but I can't find an option to get it.

You can also upgrade and it changes your name.

Onyx = Black
Power = Blue
Power + Red

etc

Go to User CP, find group memberships, scroll all the way down until you see "Candy", then select display group.
