insanity, one needs to be able to show they suffered from a disease of the mind creating a defect in reason to the extent that they don't know the magnitude of their actions or what they were doing was wrong. So basically, you get convicted unless a mental impairment caused you to believe that what you did was legally permissible. This is pretty tough to do.

God damn Heat is on a mean streak. 18 and counting? James was dropping 30+ for more than 70% of those games, with a few double doubles and triple doubles here and there. I must say, stat wise, the Heat are doing very well this year and it's looking good for them wanting to defend their title. Ideally, I would like to see a rematch of the Heat vs. Oklahoma City, but better yet, I would rather see Celtics vs. Oklahoma City.

Kevin Durant, Derrick Rose & Paul Pierce have to be my two favorite players in the league, now. I do love watching Carmelo Anthony play, but lately he's been suffering from a knee injury. It's getting closer to the end of the season, and I can't wait for #TheReturn of Derrick Rose. I hope to see him come back in the playoffs and destroy the contending teams.

When Carmelo Anthony and Allen Iverson played for the Nuggets they were a beast dynamic duo. Damn, I sure do miss those days.
