Need 12$ paypal fast

Hello, i need 12 $ paypal, i have this account.

Don't even know if it is 12$ worth, i have the password for it, it has no e-mail, but have recovery question. I do not know them. I have had the account for around half a year soon.

Not worth $12, if I'm not missing anything.
However, I will lend you $12 when I get home (and if I even have $12) if you just pay it back a month later or something.
