Just go onto the page later or tomorrow and go down to the bottom and you will see if your in the group or not.

like you mean the thread with all the groups you can apply to ? and my pm space is at 96% and i deleted all my messages, please help me im soo confused lol

Yes go back to the group page later and at the bottom you will see if you are in the group or not. Plus when you delete messages you then need to go the the trash folder to and delete it from there as well.
