I need a reliable person to transfer this paypal cash card code and put it in there acc & send it to the guy im dealing with is Pp acc. Id appreciate it if a Trusted user could do this out of their own time.
 
I have tried to do this multiple times, but I'm not 18, so I don't have a bank acc. So it's nearly impossible unless your mom has a 100% Verfified PayPal.

Does the account need to have a bank account linked? If so, I could possibly do it later.
