Need Advice

So I bought the Instagram @Clutch from Bryan, sold it to @Doug and then Bryan took it back. @Doug disputed the money and took it from me, now I am out 150 and 80. Believe it or not my family isn't doing the greatest and I need some good tips on winning disputes so I can help with groceries like I do every month.
*Not a sob story I actually do put money on my debit and I try to split money with my mom.

Anybody got ideas on how to make money or win Paypal disputes?

Damn bro this happened to me once before but it was for like 20 bucks; I didn't win but I hope you can get this settled
