Can you set up Bank accounts Online or not?
I was supposed to be going to the bank in my village today but apparently it shut down, lol.

There are specific accounts for online banking, however, to answer your, most banks require you to enroll at the bank itself.

My bank allows me to enroll online, but I must have a preexisting checking account to do so.
