If you really wanted today you would need to raise your rates/pay in moneypak, the only other user I know (probably more, but smh) here with enough btc on hand to do this is @Trojan and he will 99.9% not be selling for paypal to a new user.

SWS, you can receive WU funds without using a real name if he adds a security question and answer to the transaction. Just go to your local check cashing store that use Western Union and fill out the paper with the info you gave him/the sqa.
