Need community opinion please

okay so im making this threat because i want some opinions from you guys on what i should do. recently i bought a GT from the user spearow and philly was used as a mm. it was taken from me after 43 days . i bought it even though it had billing info just for the simple fact that i really liked the GT . He promised he wouldnt take it back . what should i do i already disputed the payment because it was close to the 45 days paypal gives you ive tried to work it out with him but he continues to say it wasnt him even though he stated when i bought it that he was the only1 that ever had the account . i could open a scam report but not sure how i can prove it got taken from me . i know people dont know me on here since i really dont get on FK and have a good rep but what would you guys do in my situation ?

Don't quote me on this I may be wrong but I think if you visit U/A claims page I think it will say the emails and info on who pulled it back. When my other tag got called in I saw all the emails and the convos with xbox staff and the email address told me who the person was. Like I said I'm sure others will help you more I'm not the best with this stuff This is a link to the page here

i payed directly to the seller once philly secured it . i didnt charge the fee that i payed philly as it wasnt his fault i got scammed .
