Ok, so I recently had a friend who did GFX art for me for about half the price of most people. It was mediocre stuff, decent for the price. Well he decided to try and charge me $10 for my new Twitter header, which I will try and upload a pic of. See, if the header was good, I'd pay the $10, but I could have sworn he made this in paint.... I need someone who can do me a Twitter header and a desktop background.
