Need help and ideas

I have a forum I am starting that will be like HackForums, but it is BooterForums. It will obviously revolve around booters, ect.


I need someone to help me with it though (Like a co-owner) since I am being forced to use my iPod because my laptop broke.

I would like to get it started.
